1. ORGANIZER OF THE DRAW
The company Nomad Coffee S.L., with registered address at Pujades 95, 08005 Barcelona, and identification number B66400664, organizes for promotional purposes the draw (hereinafter, “the Draw”) on an international scale and for individuals of legal age, in accordance with the conditions for participation outlined below

2. START DATE AND END DATE
The Draw will commence on November 6, 2023, and conclude on December 17, 2023. The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the promotional action if, by the specified start date, there have been no more than 550 registered entries. Similarly, the Company may extend the conclusion of the promotional action by an additional 4 days, with the new end date being December 21, in the event of a higher number of 550 participating entries.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND DRAW MECHANICS
It is essential to underline that participation in the Draw implies unconditional acceptance and respect for the provisions in these Legal Bases. The participation requirements are as follows:
– Individuals over 18 years of age may participate.
– Participation is limited to those who acquire one of the numbered “Christmas Lottery” tickets provided with each 250g bag purchase through Nomad Coffee’s online store, its establishments in the city of Barcelona, or collaborating establishments from the start to the end of the draw.
– Participants can enter with all numbered tickets they acquire.
– The draw mechanics involve randomly selecting a number on December 22, 2023.

4. PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
A single winner will be chosen through the random selection of a number on December 22, 2023.
The winner will receive as a prize a 24-carat gold pendant in the shape of a coffee bean, delivered with a gold chain.
The winner can contact the Company within 90 days from the date of announcement on the brand’s social profile. If no contact occurs within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared void.
The celebration of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

5. IMITATIONS
If it is evident that any participant does not meet the requirements outlined in the Bases, or the provided data for participation is invalid, their entry will be considered null, and they will be automatically excluded from the draw, forfeiting all rights to the prizes awarded in this Promotion.
