In this edition, we will taste our house cold brew, teach you our preparation technique, and, of course, provide you with materials and guide you with the tools you need to make your own at home.
This monographic course will be led by Ivette Vera, Education Director and certified Q Grader, who will not only teach us about the technique we use at Nomad Coffee to make cold brew, but we will also do sensory exercises to recognize tasting notes in our preparations and have a water tasting to understand how it affects the final result.
